In 2009 South Beach Baptist Church embarked on an extensive process to research and evaluate ways in which we could improve as a Church, ways in which we could make better use of the talents and enthusiasm our members can offer, ways to extend our outreach and service to the local community and make that outreach more effective.This is an ongoing process that was partly driven by a comprehensive questionnaire completed by our members on which areas of the Church's activities they would or might want to be involved in. This process is still some way from completion, but there are five "Teams" that are now driving and directing the five main areas of the Church's activity:
- Worship Team
- Communications Teams
- Community team
- Needs-Orientated Team
- Encouraging & Developing Team
